Daily maintenance

1. Clean the surface and interior dust to keep the machine clean and hygienic.

2. Check if the current on the ammeter is the same as normal. If there is any abnormality, notify the maintenance worker for inspection.

3. If there is a sudden power outage, the heating switch should be turned off to prevent automatic startup when power is restored.

4. Check if the fan is running normally and if there are any abnormal sounds. If there are any, immediately shut down the machine and notify the maintenance worker for inspection.

Monthly maintenance

Choose a temperature 10 degrees higher than the actual usage temperature. According to the process requirements, calculate the actual required temperature difference to ensure the baking effect. For example, if the temperature used is 150 degrees, 220 degrees, 360 degrees, 440 degrees, and the design temperature is set to 500 degrees. 4 temperatures, if they are the same product.
